if these robots can raise children, intelligently listen to problems, and "think", that implies such a strong evidence of sentient that someone else would've noticed before now – if not the companies that build the sex robots. The world building and knowledge of police procedures needs work, but the premise is extremely exciting and so I must fave the story anyway despite its weaknesses..

in me saying - that would be fun, but the other screaming NOOOOOOO. Great story.

This chapter actually got worse than Ch 1... Is the protagonist's name Miles or Marcus?

Why is he suddenly targeted by Nazi religious anti-robotists?

Just because you're writing fiction w- a black protagonist doesn't give you license to drop n-bombs.

Plus you're proofing went to hell...
