I'm in two minds about this story. On one hand I really liked the way Max was tricked and how much he enjoyed it. On the other hand it pissed me off that Lance would just abandon his friend like that, and the story definitely became less believable with the Laura Croft finish. No way would a straight guy be so OK with what had just happened, and it would have been nice if Lance had been the guy to help Max adapt to his new orientation.

Your story was well written in a grammatical sense but plotwise not so much. You pulled a bait and switch. You set up a scenario were your reader expected & the story required Max & Lance to get together. You foreshadowed and set up that event with the costume, the cock ring, the silk thong, the pill, Lance telling him how to walk, kissing him... for Lance to then just disappear and go off with Rusty is the biggest, worst let down ever! Lance was the trick your reader wanted as a treat... And you completely let that go to have Max have some completely unbelievable encounter with not one but 2 she-males, who apparently cum straight-male transforming vemon. It was a let down. Had the two females taken Max into a room and gotten him all worked up and handcuffed down only to have *Lance* come in and torment him... and take him... and fuck him until he came all over himself while the two chicks (whether one or both was a TV or a She-male is immaterial) joined in - now that would've an "all the tricks were treats" scenario. This just fell short. It went from being a very believable story to being an unbelievable story because of your "twist," which is generally how you can tell when such a device works or not. In this case... not.
