You could have done more.

You just let us hanging. This could have been so much more. Have you thought about more chapters? Why is Sylvia the way she is? How many more children does she have? Do they interact? Maybe they should interact.
I imagine the siblings will not have any more boring nights.

It has no back-story. There is no reason behind this crazy drugged breast feeding bitch, who likes to erase people's personalities and I hate it.
