Horrible
You reset comments and ratings because, ironically, it was both your character and you that got butthurt from this story. Beyond bad, very little character development and feels like a milf porn converted to text and not a believable or likely tale. Normally I let these ones go, but you obviously didn't get the commenter's point, actually be a decent writer.
Fun short story
There are some very realistic elements in this story. many lads have similar desire about friends mom. Some like to tease by showing cleavage and little upskirt. some play these games but few follow through.

Anonymous may have been a little rough in describing the problem with this story, but he wasn't wrong.
There are some hot phrases and the author does know how to frame a sexy situation, but the totally clinical discussion between the teen and Julie is very stilted and artificial. Any conversation like that would be really awkward, no matter what sexual context was going on under the surface.
And it's pretty unbelievable that not only would the mom immediately offer to "educate" her son's friend right there with her son sleeping(?) in the next room, she would also move right into anal "lessons" minutes later.
Significant room for improvement.
