You always amaze me with how easily your words connect to emotions and draw them out. Such a beautiful story about true love, the kind that never ends because it's forged in fire.

The way you make a reader feel every part of your characters is truly amazing. I am not sure if this is an ongoing story or a moment in time, but it was moving. How you can get someone to cry and get mad and feel hurt and then feel hopeful when reading your work is truly a gift. Your stories take me on a journey and sometimes I am throughly broken up when reading, but as I continue I am left with a sense of trust, hope and love. YOU ARE AN AMAZING WRITER, NEVER STOP!!!! Wow .. Amazing .. Okay, when I started reading I figured it'd be the kind of story where someone helps heal the damaged and then they have very emotionally powerful sex. So, I was automatically waiting for the sex, but as I read, that changed.

I think the ending was absolutely perfect. I mean, as of now I don't even think of them two having sex .. Just them eating chicken soup or something and Jake watching Gabe smile more often would be one of the most precious things. Their dialogue was brillant. Amazing story.

i wanted to beat the shit outta his bitch of a mom!!because unfortunately she played the role of too many weak women!!who would choose a man over their child when they know what is happening right under their noses...that said it was really intense and honest and i commend you for having the courage to write it without sugar coating it and making it out to be a pathetic wimpy tale in which a hero comes along and saves the hell out of the damaged broken gabe..he fought like hell for mikey and did what he could to make it.this was a refreshing read.love nix

Your writing is beautiful and lyrical, but I can't read this stuff - it's too close to what's happening in the real world, and the real world is what we want to get away from.

I have to compliment you on your writing skills, I really shared their pain. You made the characters real and I had a lump in my throat reading it. Great skill for a writer. Nevertheless, I am not so sure I will read more of your work, maybe simply too disturbing for me...

i loved this story, i hated to see it end.
