... and a good fun story to go with it! But is "Champaign" the US spelling for "Champagne"? It's something that bugs me on many stories on the site.
That would be a combination of Dyslexia placing the letters in the wrong place and a spell checker error I didn't catch. Still it's close in an obscure kind of way. It means level open country. The place in France where Champagne is made is kind of level open country. So I was wrong but right at the same time. Ha ha!
