I enjoyed the thematic progression culminating in the last two lines, but wasn't quite sure what to make of "out off" in line 6. Is the sense of it "put out," "put off"? Or is the sense "out by you" tending your walls? Or something else? Just a little confusing.
Damn. Should read "put off." Good eye. I've looked at it too often.

Thanks for the clarification. In Frost's poem, the two neighbors meet to repair the wall together. That seems to be one reason why/how good fences make good neighbors. In your poem, the narrator appears to be tending the walls alone -- which may be why the explanation in the last three lines is necessary. And a good explanation it is!
