Good story and well written. But when he "looked at her in surprise," you implied that he did not know who she was. Thus, he was hooking up with a stranger and she now knows he cheats on her.

It might be, as Anon 'creative' points out, that this was a Sweetie trick to determine Hubby's fidelity. Or, as also suggested, a role-play game in which the omniscient narrator LIED to the reader! (Bad Karma! Evil narrator!) If it WAS a Sweetie-trap for Bad Hubby, she would a) almost certainly NOT uncover her trap; b) NOT have agreed to continue play.

In addition to the 'surprise' statement, there are other atypical behaviors if this were role-play: Tip the bartender? Take hours in the bar for seduction? Fake being drunk? Uncover real ID? Nope!

Perhaps they are in an OPEN relationship and, when near home, she hides her real ID when 'trolling' but he does not. Since this story sounds like it is staged in an Asian city, it would be generally be culturally more damaging to her reputation to be 'outed' than to Hubby's! In this particular outing, her first 'hit' was Hubby, by chance! He did not recognize her, and she totally enjoyed HER role-play, ESPECIALLY the surprise disclosure to Hubby! I really DO NOT believe this last scenario was the author's intention (if so, there should have been some clues provided) so I am marking it down from 3.8 to 2.6!

This is set in Tokyo and what is strange about Japan is that the morals are somewhat skewed of late. Japanese have these institutions called hostess clubs where the men go and play at and they can expect to get some on the side. This is a socially accepted norm.

Likewise for the women there are host clubs and there are other venues where a married woman can go out and fool around-usually with younger men.

And then there are bars in Shibuya and Roppongi where Japanese women go out trolling for Gaijin (non Japanese) males.

FYI 60% of all Japanese and Gaijin marriages breakup because of infidelity by the Japanese spouse. In part this is because the Japanese view the purpose of marriage as an institution for the raising and nurturing of children. Once kids have been produced mom will go back to preying upon desperate fresh off the boat English teachers and hubby will be out chasing the Russian strippers, Chinese massage girls and Japanese hostesses.

dapi, your explanation helps understanding the story. Both are conducting "socially accepted cheating", so the surprise is not off limits. (Emigration, anyone?)

I'd like to thank everyone who has commented so far. Please keep the comments coming. This is my first foray into fiction and a major departure from my usual writing style. I usually write, translate into English and edit product descriptions and instruction manuals for software, computers and mobile phones for Japanese tech companies.

Well, this is certainly more fun than manuals for gadgets. But if this is read as a manual ... hmmm ... interesting.

Anyway, a second rendez-vous is certainly a possibility ... :) Cheating worked out quite well on the first attempt ;)

One of the comments gave me an idea for some changes to the story which should be posted soon as another story. I'll be making use of the same main characters with some changes to the plot. The story will still be taking place in Japan and possibly in other parts of SE Asia and will take into account actual events, local attitudes and social customs.

I liked the concept early on. Quite good for a first time writer. I'd like to offer an idea for future stories. I'm imagining Erica, but it could be a different girl, who discovers her "prey's" secret fetish, and becomes his dream girl. She does this for revenge, or blackmail, or a sadistic tease, or just to make them both happy, but, as in this story, he doesn't know she's not who she;s pretending to be. Example, tricking a pedophile, by being his perfect "pretty baby" to bust him, or to expose him to his wife, or to safely indulge his forbidden lust. Another: just the opposite. She is the older image of his mother, blonde, brunette, grey. Carpet dyed to match the drapes. Teasing the hell out of the poor mama's boy. What ever turns him on, give it to him in spades. Maybe with the help of a male friend to set up the patsy; maybe her husband. Maybe part of a con game, as the ultimate distraction. I actually like the idea a continuing adventures of Erica, having her learn how to better play her roles as she acquires experience. But these are just ideas of how you could take this character and make her really memorable here on Literotica.

You should have stated that your other story is this with some changes, both are boring, far too many holes in them. They need a lot more fleshing out, as they stand its a waste of time reading them.
