In terms of isolated, individually written scenes, this author does a sterling job. The description of the characters was a bit glib. but was amusing. I liked the initiative of the author moving the action from inland homebase to charter plane to posh houses and clothing optional beach. Imhapless keeps the action flowing.
My main critique would be there was no sense of risk or threat. To really grab the reader and get that fifth star , an author have to take him / her to the edge of abyss. From there it's the writer's choice to shove the reader over or pull them gently away.
This writer has skills and energy. I liked the tenderness and verve of the main couple's trysts AND their commitment to each other. Communication between the two was strong start to finish. Perhaps if imhapless had chosen a more iffy time in their relationship along with the same, multiple temptations, this would made more of a splash.

The best sex Blake has ever had with his wife is because she is fantasising about another man, what kind of wife and marriage is that, what kind of man would accept that. I can write as someone who sometimes is an outrageous flirt but I do not cross the line, my friends, the husbands, know that.
