You may want to rethink some of the repeated lines as the power of this form often comes from the magnetic, drawing in through the repetition - see Dylan Thomas - do not go gentle for the classic example of the power of the form.

wonder of wonders, never thought i'd see a villanelle i like. didn't even realize it was one at first, when you do that, that is higher order poetry!
