I guess every reader has a differing idea of what lesson you should learn from this

...but in my opinion you should have backed away the moment your "suitor" started disrespecting your husband. I've been the husband in similar situations, and never did nor will I ever put up with disrespect from an individual invited to share our special relationship, and my wife always agreed even when attracted to the disrespectful one.

By the way, I guess the anonymous hate and venom in earlier comments is to be expected toward stories such as yours, but is sad and disappointing nonetheless.

Stupidity

Most of the critical comments on stories of this nature is the result of intolerance, ignorance and insensibility to the sexual orientation of others.
Also the fact that one does not like the lifestyle of the characters is no reason to criticize the literary value of the work.
This is clearly a 5 star piece of writing.

i didn't care for it

Stories about men sharing their wives turn me on to no end. I would love to share my wife. Some how your story took the thrill out of the whole scene. Maybe it was too much reality? Instead of being excited I was disappointed. i identify with the husband and in your story he was disappointed.
