Has a Phd then what they say about the dumbing down of universities is true.I heard better jokes in high school and much better written.The thing about ethnic humor is it is only funny when you are laughing with the people,not at them.Note that the only group not represented are wasps,guess they either aren't funny or too superior to be laughed at.
