Now, "wanton" seems to be one of your favorite words and here you are using it creatively as in "wanton brain" where it is a modifier or an adjective, take a look at the internet dictionary definition. I think what you are going for is the noun meaning "she was promiscuous or she was wanton" so you might let this word lie outside your poetry except when used correctly. Of course if you are fucking her on a table in a chinese restaurant it might be appropriate (a little joke, forgive me).
