A few errors in the story
While the story was good, you started with Peppa, then used Pepper and back to Peppa. Some verb/tense issue as well.
Errors
I read this story through a number of times before posting, but I obviously missed a couple of things. However I don't believe any of the errors detract from the story.

What we need to do is have Juliet call in sick and spend another day with Peppa being domesticated and disciplined into a better person. Peppa could bring in a black stud to humiliate Juliet sexually by teaching submission and respect. One day of such will break down Juliet into a more compliant person who would be more submissive as a boss. Interracial fucking and forced lebianism will do the job
Then change at the workplace as Peppa is promoted as executive assistant to Juliet and changes come to the workforce to eliminate bullying as bullies are fired and new kids on the block are hired for their alternative lifestyles to work with the remainer of the conservative women in the company. And feed each other lunch sharing a spoon while staring at each other. Do it more then they become closer friends. Add by Friday dress down changing from normal clothing to provacative dress chosen for them and the obligatory black stud shared by them.their politics about abortion and adultery will change once they are allowed company paid abortions on company time. And they descend into free flowing true submissives with traces of competition and female natural aggression slowly erased with humilkity and respect for all as they are not to own the world but to submit unconditionally.
