Interesting Concept
I like the way your heroine grabs the Golden Opportunity when she's surrounded by a world crumbling around her. This might be something "Preppers" should take note of: as opposed to being "ALL IN" to diving into a small underground shelter or Bugging Out to somewhere. I imagine there is a high probability that there are prisoners Praying For the Apocalypse every moment of every day. You have plenty of untouched material available for future chapters. Thank you for writing something new, different and interesting. I'll continue reading ~ if you'll continue writing. Yes, it's 5 stars. . . .

Like a blog ...
Liked your first two installments, but it reads like a blog. An advantage of publishing here is that you are not under pressure to file daily. It would be better (to me at least) if you published longer installments further apart so that I don't have to reload the older strories for such a small payoff with the new installment. Just a suggestion as I will read the newer ones in any case.
