JUST WONDERFUL

Surprise ending,but I'm going to re-read the series again!

After a long busy day, I've read chapter 5 but as I finish-it has left me with the feeling I fell asleep somewhere during the first 4. I'm a true fan of Susan Jill Parker the author and I'm somewhat puzzled with the ending and the disappearance of Glenn. While I give this serial entry 5 stars for the quality and captivating writing effort, I do want to be fair to both Ms. Parker and her faithful readers and take a second look. Dealing with a family death, maybe my mind is distracted and muddled. As I've always told others, read the whole series from the start, otherwise it's like reading a book from the middle.

sexy little scenes

You are at your best when you start writing those little sexy scenes, those short preambles to the big event. A squeeze here or there, the lust in the eyes, etc. Just wonderful.

Great Series

Not my usual cup of tea but a great story! I've really enjoyed it.

Re Reading chapters 4 & 5 gave me a clearer understanding of what is happening:)

As I some time have to do - I re-read chapters 4 & 5 and now fully understand what our author is saying about the group of retirees from the nursing home. Master storyteller, superb descriptions puts we readers right in the middle of this story, you yourself can choose where to fit in. Personally a sucker for gorgeous eyes, I'm most likely with Glenn, but can easily go along with Jimmy and his desires, especially the card playing and settling for what was dealt him at the story end. Five Stars and more Ms Susan - Keep the great ideas and imagination working for us faithful readers :) The Bird
