Thank you for your feedback everyone. The next parts of the story (about 4 or so) will be posted in a couple of weeks to a month. I hate leaving a story hanging but have way too many offline commitments for a while to work on this. But I assure you that I have a definite plot in mind for the remainder of the story right down to the conclusion. Unlike some of my other unfinished stories where I just ran out of ideas to keep it interesting.
