What a juicy turn of events!

I had wondered why we had an earlier chapter devoted to Sylvia and Paul, since they seemed to be of negligible importance. Now it comes clear. Nice to have Lindsay sized up as "a tall, shapely, beautiful woman" by Oliver's ex.

And here's one firm vote that Sylvia retains that past tense job description.

The ex is back...but hopefully not for long. Hmph! Ollie deserves better. I know he has his misgivings and that they deserve a second chance. But that woman doesn't know what she wants. She is so fickle minded. She aborted her baby. And she plans on taking advantage of his "vulnerable" stage. I don't like her.

But I like this story. Keep writing ;)

I absolutely adore the vulnerability in these two but Im hoping that wench Sylvia is not able to exploit it.

I don't think Sylvia is as horrible as everyone thinks. She felt trapped in a long relationship and made the wrong choice, yes, but she's not a terrible person. I hope she finds happiness eventually.

Sylvia not horrible

I disagree, Sylvia is/was a horrible girlfriend to Oliver. She could have told him there was a test of some sort and a deadline. Oli didn't even know that Sylvia was giving their relationship a last chance before she dumped him. She found him weak and insecure and only after she left did she realize she had a better man all along.it's fine that she made a mistake but trying to get back with someone when you think they are at their lowest says a lot about her. She is a horrible person and needs to grow up a bit.
