Don't think so.
In the first place, no matter how big the women were and how small he was, they would never risk him hitting or jolting them in anyway that might endanger their unborn child. Especially since they were all supposedly so far along in their pregnancies. Secondly, a sharp set of teeth would have discouraged forced breast feeding. And thirdly, after all he went through, divorce that manipulative wife of his and look for someone that might respect him. Too many improbable things happen with this story to really enjoy it.

Pregnant women would NEVER risk him reacting badly and even shoving one of them. Bad thing for a very pregnant women to get hit hard or fall. So they never would have gotten him into the corset. And if one of those women had forced their breasts into his mouth? Well that's what teeth are for - biting. And even if all that came to past and his wife had really left him bound overnight with a breast stuck in his mouth, then it's time to seek a divorce from the manipulative bitch ( she obviously knew what was planned), give her 50% of the assets and move far, far away and start over, hoping to find someone that actually loved and respected you.

Pregnant women are VERY sensitive to everything. I don't see a group of them trying to force a man to do anything, fearing forceful reprisals. And if his wife was involved to the extent that she planned the whole thing, she'd be looking for a new husband. I also find if difficult to believe that he'd be okay with their treatment of him. Revenge is a word that comes to mind. Not that this wasn't well written, I just found his actions, especially, to be implausible.
