Why do authors believe that simply telling your partner to cum will make them cum?

And her husband seems to be treating her less like a person and more like a piece of shit.

I think I get it ....

The 'doctor' is hypnotizing her to do everything she can to please her husband. Wonder if the doc is hubby's lover?
