This story seems just marginally connected to the theme of the challenge but the story itself was entertaining. I smiled through the purple prose... and the dwarf?! Really. :D The reaction of the writers' club to the sisters was a nice touch too.
P.S. Why is the horror tag in the list?
Amusing.
This little tale made me smile, especially the florid prose and the long-suffering writers' group (having been host to several writers' groups over the years, this is funny AND scarily on the money...).
Not hot in the slightest (for me, anyway), but worth it for the giggles.
Kudos for any story that includes characters name Ethyl and Edith! A fun, quick read!
