An editor checking for spelling errors would help. However, the story is excellent and I think a follow-up with Melinda getting her comeuppance is in order. Take it in the direction where Erin makes the rules and completely humiliates Melinda!

Good premise. I have to agree with another comment, however, it would have been better if we could have gotten inside Erin's head (why becoming the office slut appealled to her) and into her body (describe her arousal as she became the office slut). Having said that, there is alot to work with here. You could deal with the way she propelled herself to the top in a host of ways like seducing rivals, stealing accounts from competitors, etc.

It would have been nice if you had drawn out key parts like life around that part of the office, the things she did there and with who, times when she had cum in her pussy and ass when her parents visit her.
