Meeting Jim (a tavvy tale)

OK - I plead ignorance. What is a tavvy?
Some of the lines in this made me laugh outloud. I think you could have split up the second stanza (too long).

What us humble bouncers had dubbed the shit hole of the southern area of my home state. All the Tavvy Tales are a documented account of my six years as a bouncer. It is I feel going to monumentally epic. Thank's all to Erectus's face fuck book series! I hope you cann all get a luagh out of it and at least an insight into what it was like.

Is slang for tavern. If you do get the time erectus it would be awesome. I have almost finished the next 2 tavvy tales now.
