Haven't we all wondered what explanation Manet would have had for the scene?
I have always assumed that the second woman also belonged to the party, washing before or after, never noticed the boat. Maybe they all came by the boat to a "safely" secluded spot - except for you and the artist.

I liked it but would have preferred more dialogue between those he was watching. Why was she the only one nude? It might be interesting to explore how they came to be in the situation pictured.

I don't use this word to describe erotica much, but this story was absolutely adorable. I'm an art buff myself, so I appreciate this especially. This idea was simply inspired! I can't stop laughing. It's all so cute, and lurid and sexy, but, more than anything, cute! It's, another word I barely use, raunchy but the cleverness and the, I don't know, originality of it.

Was this for a contest? If not, how wonderfully unusual. Even if it was, damn clever. :)
