"Movies" must be a yank.
mummy and mum are used elsewhere in the world to refer to mothers. Probably thinks tyres should be spelled with an i too.

Anon, not all english speaking countries spell mom that way, others call them mum, mummy, this was just another horrigle story by Ashon.
