Indisciplined Genius out of which is born

World-shakin' Epics : is it still possible , Tess in the e-world of Amazon & kindle today ?? or is this the hoary past retro world ? either way a very evocative piece one can just see the restlessly brilliant poet smokin' n ruminatin' n his den !!

I for one haven't forsaken the world of real books for the e variety and in my house they tumble everywhere. The bottles are there too, so I wonder if you've been peering into my windows!

Zygotes in my coffee anthem

Tess, that last line like Harry says is the clench.

I don't think you quite get

how good you are. This poem should be submitted to a journal (I betcha Zygote would grab it), not left to languish anywhere. I could go on for paragraphs about why this works, but I won't bore you lol. My only quibble is with "His" because it introduces a man into what otherwise is whoever the reader imagines, but maybe you are writing about someone specific. :)

Hey this is the first poem I've favorited in years!

no question ob that, re re reconsider
a twinkle in the poet's eye,
(unless it is the sunlight through the empty bottles)
Some merely zygotes, an uncertain future
in a perpetual past.

has more impact?no?
