Thanks for all the kind words. I posted part 3 and 4 today... so they should pop up here sometime before Christmas :) Nah, hopefully in about a week or two, if I judge the amount of time that it took the 1st part to be published (the second was submitted that same day and is still "pending").

It starts off with a first person narrator and then goes to third - you really can't do this, it spoiled it for me.

In addition to the title, I can see the beginning of this sorry was also somewhat inspired by The Last Tritan. You seem to be a good writer, why not create a more unique premise.

our heroine has quite a responsibility on her shoulders, what with the honor of her family and country.. looking forward to reading more... i'm not bothered by the similarities to other stories like Last Tritan or The Priestess, this is quite a popular type of premise after all, and very few stories on this site can boast any uniqueness in that sense.. we are all affected by the work we read and love, and that's great! more the merrier! xxx
