Would have given it 5* without the 'airway scene'. A real news item had a chiropracter accidentally break a patient's neck, so it could so easily end in tragedy. It was already a good story without that.

i liked it even with the airway bit

It is just an extreme power exchange she is allowed to breath when he says. She is his and she must trust him to let her breath. If she had shown more trust in him then he wouldn't have punished her.
