Think you may want to do some fact checking before making broad statements like the one in your note. The brown recluse, black widow, and wandering spider (just to name three more) are all capable killing a person.

More than three spiders that can kill a person, though the most well-known are the brow recluse (which doesn't so much kill you as make you die by rotting alive) and the black widow (though most healthy adults can survive a bite from one).
In many spider and praying mantis species, the female may kill the male following sex. And though not exactly cannibalism, the male cuttlefish loses its penis after sex (lmfao poor thing!) Even weirder is the anglerfish: the male bites the female, holds on and dies, becoming integrated into the female. Weird, right!?
