I love your story, but you need to have some editing. Please use the word "than" for comparisons and "then" when referring to a sequence of events. The singer was Marilyn McCoo, not "McCoy". Little errors like these take away from the story.

Ok weird. I winced a lot reading this. The wording was odd, she talked like she was in a 1970s movie with a pinch of prospector, and he spoke like he was fresh out of Andersonville (civil war confederate prison). The sex was lame and no adult says “peter”. The whole thing was yikes, sorry.

It was weird. I thought she was going to break out her bell bottoms and boots. This story didn’t work. It sounds like two diff stories put together with a harlequin romance novel ending. Just strange...
