Not very well written.

It's a good storyline, but the story is a bit flat.

The story is a bit jerky and the dialogue doesn't flow very smoothly.

Perhaps the repeated use of the name Tom Kolvig over and over cause the disruption of the flow. It was used a lot, enough that I became tired of reading it.

With a little smoothing out, I think the story could be very good.
