I really belive that a good move sideways, getting a different perspective, helps with a good move forward. Damn, that sounds trite, but it never occured to me until recently.

Questioning can be good

I remember when I used to hunt, that one would walk a few feet and stop and look around. The effect was interesting as what you thought you saw has now changed and the game is getting nervous with all the stop and go movement. So it is with life when one looks and stops and checks out what they thought they saw, heard, or knew

Different

Different than moving away from something, allowing one to step to the side and evaluate. I like it. Very perceptive way of thinking.
