Out of everything I've written this was the hardest for me, the most emotional piece I've written, and I felt as I inked it out that a piece of my soul was flowing through my pen to be eternally merged with the paper as if I was etching my soul out. It's a piece that made me face reality and stop hoping for one of the few things I so desperately crave.
