Beautiful visual, and thought provoking as I remember standing on shores myself as thoughts rolled through me and I turned my face away.
If I could....
.... I'd tighten and prune this a little but it is descriptive and moody. I'd like to have some back story on "Li'l Bit" who kind of pops out of nowhere considering she/he's a late arrival center piece.

It is so beautiful oldbear! I especially liked the middle stanza, "each has some impression..." I love the analogy between the past and the storm. Lovely!
