Yeah they need to automate the URL generation in the HTML rather than having someone type it which is what is obviously happening. Anyway, the correct URL isn't difficult to figure out if one really wants to listen to this sexy girl, but I'll save you the trouble. The URL of the mp3 file is.

Well somewhere in the uploading and posting lit garbled my URL. So, here's how to do it. There is a bit in the lit URL of the mp3 file that looks like

sound_2013_20

That's the wrong bit. It's supposed to represent the year and the month so if you change it to

sound_2013_10

that will be the correct URL.

Pity that lit is restricting it's availability right now, the ogg link works fine at least.
