One gets the feeling that Bethany might well be visiting her neighbor for another lesson, maybe with wimpy Neil, but more likely without, and when he's at work. Now that the precedent is set, I am sure it will be no holds bared!! LOL Great little story!!
One or two Tough Love flashers a week is fine! More than that starts to cloy! A little, at first...much worse later. This submission gets another five, which I rarely grant to flash tales but usually grant the Ashman's short classics!

Gave you 5/5 stars because you had everything spelled right. Good mental image, but the scene could have had more expressive adjectives.
