too much

Now it's getting redundant, same old thing over and over, not very imaginative, my friend. Put some normal life into the story besides pissing and shitting in his mouth. At least put better details, making each nasty event very pov and gory details, the size of her turd, his chewing it, licking her, the smell of her pee, etc. If you've done this you can understand what's missing.
