I won't be as harsh as the previous comments, but I didn't care for this very much.
You don't write particularly well, but even getting past the obvious grammatical errors, this story just didn't do anything for me. Partly due to your writing style, and partly due to the subject material. If anything, I think you'd have been better off posting this under Fetish than Incest. You spent an inordinate amount of time and energy focused on the musculature of the sister, which is an indication that that's the source of your excitement.
This wasn't an incest story where a guy has a threesome with his wife and his sister, who happens to be into bodybuilding. This was a fetish story about a man's obsession with a muscular woman, who happens to be his sister, while his wife is present.
There's a difference.
