I am black and i find the title offensive, you need therapy. i would like to also point out i could not read this story. The only good white man alive, and he was diagnosed terminal, implying that he was the last good white man . I believe in equality, how would you feel if the title related to black men. You like many people black or white promote racism when you take a bad experience with a minority and imply it to all, it is really sad.

Firstly, the description is misleading; his disease isn't terminal, or at least the issue we're told he has in this chapter isn't terminal. Secondly, your writing could benefit from a good copy-editor and proofreading; there were a number of grammatical errors, such as people speaking without quotation marks. Thirdly, you used a lot of "telling instead of showing."

This isn't a bad start, as much as I disagree with the title, and could be promising.

After that screw up by his doctor he need to get a second opinion.

This was way better than most of your efforts. That's not saying a lot, to be honest, but actually it shows that you could possibly write a good story, I believe, with the right editor to steer you along in spots.
