Fun read, but...

a 2" 8' x 4' steel plate weights about 2,600 pounds, and 1,300 pounds for the 1" plates for the roof.

How could he have hauled that much steel in and erected it without drawing all kinds of unwanted attention? Not even to mention all the concrete.

Hard to suspend that much disbelief!

However, still a lot of fun to read. Good story.
