Great story. I love these Office stories I think they're really hot and erotic!
So my suggestion is at the very end of the season 4 finale "Goodbye Toby," when Phyllis walks in on Dwight and Angela. How about instead Pam walks in on them, and then later threatens them to let her dominate them, or she'll tell. I know this is kind of off character for her, but it would be really sexy. She could have Angela go down on her while Dwight takes Angela's ass, or visa versa. maybe Pam and Angela could do some lesbian acts by themselves, like grinding or pussy licking, while Dwight sits back and masterbates to it.

Pam and Jan
It's been quite a while since I've seen episodes with Pam and Jan together and interacting. So I apologize if I'm not remembering 100% correctly. I believe there is a a episode where Michael hosts a house party and jim and Pam attend. Jim then attempts to get out of it, but fails. I think it would be neat for Jim to succeed and then for Jan to seduce and dominate Pam. I would prefer Dwight/Michael to be left out, or voyeurs. I would prefer a strap on, anal, and domination. But the coupling is the most important part. I also believe this is after the boob job, if not writing that in would be nice.
As far as this story I enjoyed it quite a bit, thought the sex part was a bit short. Luckily for stories based on shows/etc need much less build up so I look forward hopefully your sex taking up more.
There are several other deserving shows I feel are being giving the short stick by writers on lit, I look forward to more of your stories on The Office and perhaps others that I feel aren't given enough credit. (Community, Parks and Rec, How I Met Your Mother has like none, etc)
Pam and some cameos
Thanks for the story - great work. Great idea on building these stories around episodes and the path less travelled. I agree that there aren't enough Office stories.
Two ideas from season 7:
In Counselling Pam makes up her job as Office Administrator but when Gabe finds out and challenges her he backs down. Perhaps there is another ending to that exchange. Gable doesn't back down and Pam offers him a favour or two for his silence...would probably have to start in the conference room with some oral adventures as Gabe never seems too adventurous.
Secondly, in the Sting, an ex of Pam's, Danny Cordray, arrives and there is a storyline about how it fizzled but perhaps it could be reignited? In the next episode Jim pesters Danny trying to learn why he never called Pam back after a date. Danny says it's coz she's dorky. Perhaps Jim could offer to show Danny Pam's other side and things can go from there.
The Surplus and Customer Surrvey
The Surplus: The episode where Pam started teasing and being all dominant to Jim when he wouldn't vote for the chairs. I was thinking that could veer off to where Pam goes all the way with it and dominates Jim sexually into agreeing her and the ending scene of the story would be the Jim shudder to the camera.
Customer Survey: Kelly lies about the customer surveys to punish Jim and Dwight but in order for them to get them overturned and so they can get their money she forces them to appease her sexually as she dominates one or the other or both.

Idea
My idea is for Jim to sleep with Cathy when she is trying to seduce him in Season 8 Episode 16 After Hours, in the episode Jim spurs Cathy's advances. But in your story you should have Jim give in and fuck Cathy hardcore and talk dirty about Pam
Holly Flax
I have never seen a good Michael and Holly story. It would be really cool to read about them doing it in the stairwell in the season 5 episode Crime Aid. Have Holly be deep throated, titty fucked, and get in doggy position. And to throw a curveball in, have Michael do something really nasty, like he hinted at doing in the season 7 episode Garage Sale.

Pairings and encounters:
Great story, but not so into the Pam/Kelly. However, a good one would be like Pam comes in early cuz Michael told her to, but in reality he threatens to tell about her and Kelly unless she has sex with him. Some Pam/Karen could be fun, maybe having Karen come back to replace a character like Stanley. When Pam tries to discuss Jim with her, they get on the topic of sex and things derail from there. I feel like then Jim would find out and tell Pam that their relationship should be "open". From there you could get Pam/Jim. Pam, reluctant but excited, doesn't know with who or when she should exercise her new freedom. Leaning over a desk writing, her mind wanders to all the possibilities, and she masturbates. Dwight can find her there and decide it is his duty as a Shrute to satisfy her. Later, maybe at like an office party, Ryan and Jim can argue about how good each are sexually, and Pam decides to settle it by having her and Kelly swap for a week, ending in an orgy with Kelly/Jim, Kelly/Pam and Pam/Ryan. Finally, you could have Michael Scott Paper company where Pam is constantly trying to have sex with Charles (and finally gets some big black cock), and is basically a sex toy at MSPC for Ryan, Michael, and maybe security guards? (Cuz they get there so early). Maybe even a 5-way with the warehouse guys after Pam leaves the door open while Michael and her do it (I.e. they figure out she's a slut).
