Decent start, but
It is a good start, but it is so short.
Another page and I would have a good feel for it.
Great Start
I had to chuckle at your intro to this story "I you want reality? Go read a newspaper." On this side of the pond most news is fairytales spit out be socialists liberals. Any way I do enjoy stories from your country as they always have a different environment to them, be it landscape, language, and even sometimes food. All these differences seem to enhance the story and cause me to stop and look things up for my own edification.
