I've never seen a story end with so little resolution. Damn!
The wording of this chapter was for all intents and purposes the exact same wording I read in another chapter of one of your other stories listed earlier. Just about word for word. Not a good move there.

Something missing here
Your story for chapter 8 plan and simple "sucks" it has the feel of a major chunk of time and buildup that went missing badly.
