If he was that old, she could have fought him off. A scratch. A punch. Anything.

Then, if he was that hard of hearing, how could he have heard anything? Or seen anything. Seems to me, they had more than enough circumstantial evidence to arrest him and do a DNA sample to determine his guilt.

Lets see the respect this pedophile rapist receives in prison. After all, he taped a woman without even a shred of guilt, that indicates he's done it before and if he's willing to rape a teenager, why would her age suddenly matter?
