While the premise of your story is intriguing and I really enjoy the you touch on her being afraid to lose control I think it moves a little too fast. If she really has had some sort of mental block with orgasming in front of others he should take his time to tease her and test her limits. Her cumming that quickly from a few touches of a toy is a tad unrealistic. I would also suggest you work on believability of the dialogue- she seems far too calm for someone who has just been kidnapped.
