Interesting story

Quite a few guys have been caught jo watching porn. Often the bad behavior is ignored but some women initiate proper discipline and control. It is very empowering and beneficial.

Needs More Psychology

You're not a bad writer, but this reads like a generic porn scene. It's just people doing activities with no motivation or feeling. I suppose this is believable enough for the male character, because what man wouldn't want to worship a beautiful woman's feet? But this story would be a lot more interesting if we had some insight into the female character's psychology. What makes her want to dominate this nerdy younger man? What psychological need does it fill?

Garbage

Chastity is a willing subjugation and sublimation of the sexual urges, as in religious orders taking a vow of chastity; this guy's nothing but a dorky virgin, and it's not through choice, either; he's a dweeb, which is why he's a virgin. He's not chaste through choice, he's chaste because no girl in her right mind would want a slacker rich kid, ass-wipe like him.

Fill out the characters a bit more.

This is OK but could be better. Did you read it back before submitting it? If so, you need to do it with more care because there are a few errors - words missed out, etc.

Slow things down a bit, describe what's happening with more detail.
