Take your time
Don't try too hard to be succinct., For example, her belt went from dragging on the floor to tightening around his neck without any apparent middle steps.

I liked your story very much!!! Take it a bit slower, and include every delicious detail/step. That way you have your readers hanging on the edge, with every next word you write! mmmmmmmm yummy...you were kneeling before your wife, the way you ought to be. Such a good boy! Keep it up!
