Do a little research SJP?
Sounds like you could use one of these. My Polish uncles all owned multiply of these...the cheap variety. I loved this story brought back memories....maybe there is one of these in your future......thanks
Interesting, educational and just damned good writing! We need more like this entry :)
Amazing feature that could be in any mainstream magazine, in fact I had to look and make sure I wasn't on TIME or Consumers Reports website. I'm speechless with the amount of research and time Susan has spent on this entry. If we as Americans would look closer at everything we buy and not be in such a darned hurry to say we have it-there wouldn't be any of the inferior products on the market. Years ago when I turned wrenches as a hobby and part time job, the only tools I knew were Snap-On,sure they cost like hell, but the polished quality and fit was there. Sears Craftsman makes an American product, but mass produced, it's just that for the masses and not a professional. I can really relate to this feature and having dealt with musical instruments on eBay, unless you have a junk unit or are willing to give away a nice estate find, you had best leave music to the professionals. BRAVO SUSAN- I really enjoyed this feature, what a welcome break on an otherwise erotic site. You are the best! :) Smiles:) jaybird
Accordians?
Wow! A treatise on Chinese (and other) Accordions on my favorite sex story site. How odd is that? I am going to have to pull out my own accordion which I haven't looked at in years. I don't think it is Chinese and I can't remember the name of it.
I had no idea that an accordion has to be tuned. I figured the reeds were just like a harmonica. Yes, you can fine tune those reeds on a harp, but I would have never thought that one would tune an accordion with the same frequency as a guitar or piano.
Thanks for writing this and giving me an enlightening edumacashion. 5 stars from me!
More manufacturers of accordeons move their factories to China
Do you know, Roland is moving its factory for making electronic accordeons from Italy to China ?
They would not do that if the quality of manufacturing was not up to their standards...
Even found another Chinese accordeon manufacturer Elaine accordeons, who even manufactures parts for Roland.
WOW
I guess I know who to ask when I'm in the market for one of these, huh.

Hahahahahahaha!!! charlienotsobrightone, you are quite the comedian. With jokes like that, everyone will start calling you 'Jack de Lad".
We can hear them now, the senior executives and wall street wolves and Repacious Party congressmen laughing so hard they pee themselves. "Another thousand skilled craftsmen kicked into the gutter, another thousand families hopes & dreams crushed."
What is important is that the onepercenters grab a few more dollars to shove into their pockets. And it doesn't matter if it the USA or Italy or Australia that loses their middle-class/ Hell, to keep feeding the vampires of plutocracy even China is losing jobs to India and Vietnam. And the Dance Macabre plays on!
Tuning
I know of people buying used German button boxes and having them tuned to D/G for playing Irish tunes. Not a cheap process at all, but playing sessions with other musicians is much facilitated. No thought given to any Chinese boxes at all .
Did you know that the PA dates back to 1895? My Lachenal English Concertina was made in 1883. Play, all who play or sing are treasures .
