I saw this as an xfiles type conspiracy using possible but as yet undeveloped technology. While white slavery is no fantasy the fear of it happening could be. The use of non surgical methods to form a neo vagina in a male is not documented so would be fictional. Please suggest a more fitting rating and I will be glad to consider it.

The transexuals & crossdressers category seems like an obvious choice. You might find a more receptive audience with the proper category. Just my two cents.
