It always happens. People comment on the plot of the story or the characters "not being normal". As far as the writing went, it wasn't bad. Fairly descriptive, spelling and grammar good, and somewhat believable if people open their minds and realize that there are actually people out there with these needs. I may be in the minority but I liked it.
